Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Benefits Coordinator in Colorado Front Range to support leave of absence and Workers' Compensation inquiries while coordinating benefit enrollment and providing exemplary service. The role requires an HR-related degree and attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities include administering FMLA/LOA and workers' compensation, coordinating medical documentation, and assisting with STD/LTD, COBRA, Open Enrollment, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR experience with benefits is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Skilled with HRIS and carrier enrollment sites.
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and confidentiality.
• Capable of working independently and communicating professionally.
• Experience handling leave of absence and workers’ comp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary resource for all leave of absence questions.
• Administers leave programs in accordance with FMLA and related laws.
• Manages workers’ compensation program and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinates all medical documentation and return-to-work processes.
• Administers STD/LTD programs and COBRA administration.
• Assists with benefits enrollment (health, FSA/HSA, dental, vision, 401(k)).
• Reconciles benefit invoices and communicates with carriers.
• Supports benefits orientation and Open Enrollment.
• Participates in special projects and communications.
