Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) seeks an experienced Leave Administration Specialist to join our team remotely. You will oversee the organization's leave of absence and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PFML, and related laws while maintaining confidentiality.

This role requires strong communication, meticulous case management, and collaboration with HR, legal, and healthcare providers to support employees through complex leave scenarios.

Qualifications

• Education and 5+ years in benefits and leave administration.
• Associate's degree and 3+ years in benefits and leave administration.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in benefits and leave administration.
• Certification in benefits administration preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs.
• Manage day-to-day leave and accommodation cases with compliance to laws and policies.
• Act as primary contact for employees, managers, providers, and third-party administrators.
