Job summary

Real Property Management Lakeshore is seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to be the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors. You will handle calls, emails, show properties, process applications, and support day-to-day operations from Winnebago County and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes organization, time management, and a customer-focused approach, with potential for remote work as you become established.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry, property management & fair housing preferred.
• Strong computer & phone app proficiency; Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospective tenants, owners, vendors, and the public; answer calls and respond to emails.
• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants in Winnebago County and surrounding areas.
• Process rental applications and support marketing efforts for available properties.
• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and prepare daily property and showing reports.
