Job summary

US Foods, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager - Lease to lead the fixed asset and leasing accounting group. You will supervise staff, drive accurate financial reporting, and deliver process improvements.

The role includes overseeing lease close, journal entries in Blackline, CoStar loading, and SOX control alignment. The position is remote anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii/territories) with minimal travel, requiring strong leadership, GAAP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of leading projects, process improvements or people.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong prioritization, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month/quarter close processes for leases and related reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease classifications, loading into CoStar and workflow reviews.
• Manage lease extensions/terminations and CoStar-based activities.
• Ensure SOX controls and internal control procedures are followed.
• Provide analytical reviews and research on lease accounting issues.
