Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and streamline transition workflows across global teams. This remote role emphasizes data migration, reporting, and governance to ensure timely onboarding of lease portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong project management, and experience with major lease databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with lease administration databases such as CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, or similar.
• Excellent project management and client-relations skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles and lease language.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease administration transition projects from discovery through stabilization and handover.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee data migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting for transitions.
• Coordinate with global teams and vendors; establish governance and communications cadences.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations; respond to RFI/RFPs and pricing discussions.
• Provide training on lease administration systems and dashboards.
