Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff; track deadlines.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for revenue, expenses, and other metrics; assist monthly forecasting for clients/regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, licensing, real estate law, and guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.
• Partner with regional teams to implement best practices and standardized processes.
• Develop training programs and system training materials; communicate policies to create regional consistency.
• Lead by example and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
