Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in professional communication and customer service.
• Experience in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in attracting, screening and selecting prospective residents.
• Prepare lease packages and coordinate lease renewal process.
• Collect late rents and other monies due to the property.
• Move-in and move-out coordination and inspections.
• Answer calls and greet prospective residents and residents in a pleasant manner.
• Log resident service requests and maintain resident files.
• Travel for property business as needed.
