Naukai Mitra is seeking a Remote Learning Technology Consultant to drive digital learning initiatives for global clients. You will collaborate with L&D teams, faculty, and IT specialists to design scalable online learning experiences, assess LMS platforms, and implement EdTech tools.

The role requires 3+ years in remote educational consulting, with strong knowledge of Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and TalentLMS, plus proficiency with Storyline, Captivate, SCORM, xAPI, and Rise 360.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in remote educational consulting or EdTech implementation.
• Deep knowledge of LMS platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or TalentLMS.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, SCORM, xAPI, and Rise 360.

Responsibilities

• Assess and advise on LMS and EdTech platforms based on client needs and user demographics
• Collaborate with learning & development teams to align technology with instructional design goals
• Design and improve digital learning journeys grounded in cognitive learning theories and UX best practices
• Customize and implement e-learning technologies while ensuring accessibility and compliance
• Evaluate learning analytics to boost engagement, track progress, and measure ROI
• Provide ongoing virtual training and support for administrators, instructors, and learners
