The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce development strategies and digital training methods and the ability to design scalable learning solutions for various industries. As a consultant in this role, you will collaborate with businesses, organizations, and professionals to craft comprehensive training programs. You will need a forward-thinking mindset, utilizing the latest digital tools and innovative approaches to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Training Program Development

• Design and execute online workforce training programs that cater to the needs of professionals and organizations.
• Identify workforce skill gaps and develop tailored learning strategies to address these gaps effectively.
• Integrate advanced digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create engaging, interactive courses.
• Develop structured training materials incorporating gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning technologies.
• Keep up with workforce training trends and continuously update course content to align with industry best practices.

Performance & Impact Analysis

• Conduct detailed workforce needs assessments to determine key skills required across various industries.
• Utilize data analytics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop feedback-driven improvements to enhance course content and learner engagement.
• Prepare analytical reports to help businesses refine their workforce development strategies.

Industry Collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Additional online education, instructional design, or workforce development certifications are beneficial.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in workforce development, instructional design, or online training. Proven success in designing and executing large-scale workforce training initiatives. Strong ability to assess workforce trends and provide targeted training solutions.
• Skills: Expertise in developing e-learning content and instructional design. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or TalentLMS. Strong understanding of adult learning theories and curriculum development. Ability to interpret data analytics to enhance training effectiveness. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. Experience in hosting webinars, virtual training sessions, and video-based learning programs.
