Required Skills and Experience

• Proven success in developing learning programs that deliver measurable improvements in performance.
• Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of performance analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
• Education A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Certifications in learning technologies or instructional design are a plus.
