You will collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and platform developers to ensure engaging and accessible learning experiences for a global audience.

Ideal candidates will have a background in instructional design and experience with LMS platforms like Moodle or Canvas, plus strong analytics for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Technology.
• Experience with learning analytics and improvement strategies.
• Familiarity with Moodle, Canvas, Google Workspace, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Bonus: Competency-based or modular course creation experience.
