Job description

Join JAX Enterprise Learning and play an important role in how learning is delivered to employees and leaders across the organization. As our Learning Systems and Operations Specialist, you’ll help turn learning programs and priorities into a strong, seamless learner experience—bringing together learning technology, program operations, project coordination, data and reporting, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands‑on role with meaningful ownership and variety. You’ll independently manage programs and operational work, solve problems, use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and help us find smarter and more scalable ways of working through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Just as important is how you work with people. You’ll collaborate with learning leaders, HR partners, managers, facilitators, vendors, and employees across JAX. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, uses sound judgment, and builds strong relationships through responsive, thoughtful service.

Fully remote with occasional travel up to 25%.

Salary Range: $60,618 – $87,896 based on years of related experience and internal equity considerations

Assess operational needs, recommend system and process solutions, and support workflows, content structures, campaigns, reporting, and troubleshooting. Partner with HRIS and other technical resources when needed.
  • Program and operational ownership: Plan, prioritize, and manage assigned enterprise learning programs and operational workstreams from initiation through delivery, evaluation, and closeout. Establish work plans, milestones, communications, and success measures; manage competing priorities; and adapt plans as needs change.
  • Process improvement and technology: Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and scale learning operations. Recommend and implement improvements using process redesign, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging learning technologies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Data, reporting, and insights: Analyze enrollment, attendance, completion, utilization, evaluation, engagement, and other learning data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations and develop dashboards, reports, and executive‑ready summaries.
  • Stakeholder consultation and learner support: Build strong working relationships with learning leaders, HR partners, managers, subject‑matter experts, facilitators, vendors, and employees. Understand needs, assess options, recommend practical solutions, and provide responsive support and functional guidance to learning coordinators and partners while maintaining consistent enterprise practices.
  • Compliance and educational program administration: Administer assigned compliance training and educational programs, including College and University awareness initiatives. Maintain required documentation and controls, address issues as they arise, monitor program effectiveness, and recommend improvements that reduce risk and strengthen service.
  • Vendor and financial operations: Coordinate vendor relationships, deliverables, invoices, purchase orders, and program expenditures. Resolve discrepancies and support budget planning, reconciliation, and effective use of resources.
  • Learning delivery and session support: Help create a welcoming and professional learner experience by supporting participants, facilitators, and session logistics. Provide program introductions and troubleshooting support and, as capability develops, facilitate selected learning sessions or serve as a trained backup facilitator.
  • Exercise appropriate discretion and confidentiality in handling learner, employee, financial, engagement, and program information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
