Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Communications preferred.
• 2+ years of training and instructional design experience.
• Experience designing digital learning.
• 2+ years of Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions and materials.
• Develop basic computer-based training, videos, and resources.
• Create instructional design docs, storyboards, and outlines.
• Apply adult learning principles to blended programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with data-driven metrics.
• Collaborate with partners and SMEs to reach goals.
• Lead and guide training staff on best practices.
