Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in learning systems, enterprise learning operations, project or program management, human resources, business operations, or a related function; 5+ years preferred.
• Workday Learning experience is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary functional support resource for Workday Learning and related learning technologies.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage assigned enterprise learning programs and operational workstreams from initiation through delivery, evaluation, and closeout.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and scale learning operations using process redesign, automation, AI‑enabled tools, and emerging learning technologies.
• Analyze enrollment, attendance, completion, utilization, evaluation, engagement, and other learning data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities; develop dashboards and reports.
• Build strong working relationships with learning leaders, HR partners, managers, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, and employees; provide practical solutions and responsive support.
• Administer assigned compliance training and educational programs, maintain documentation, monitor effectiveness, and drive improvements.
