Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Learning Systems and Content Manager to develop digital training content and manage two Learning Management Systems.

You will partner with account leaders to boost participation and compliance, and coordinate with Education leadership to deliver relevant, on-brand content. The role blends project management with content creation and technology skills to translate complex ideas into engaging learning materials.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Resource Development or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years training or related experience; healthcare experience preferable.
• Strong LMS administration and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital training content across two LMS platforms.
• Create training videos, interactive modules, and knowledge checks.
• Administer LMS users, course uploads, enrollment, and troubleshooting.
• Produce monthly reports on training completion and compliance metrics.
• Identify gaps in regulatory training and elevate to leaders.
• Provide LMS admin training and technical support to regional leaders.
