Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• 2+ years of experience administering an LMS.
• Proficiency with learning technologies and content-development tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS, including course and user setup, curricula, assignments, user support, troubleshooting, and records management.
• Develop workforce readiness tracking and learning data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into training progress and qualifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create custom content including learning competency assessments.
• Coordinate with program leaders to create role-based competency training plans.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Manage enterprise training including by not limited to content governed by various contracts and regulatory agencies.
• Review and monitor system performance as primary vendor interface when needed.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled learning solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
