Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Learning Systems & Enablement to align enterprise learning platforms with business needs. You will manage day-to-day operations for Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate, Synthesia, and related systems, focusing on governance, data quality, and compliance across the LMS landscape.

You will drive discovery, migrations, integrations, and AI-enabled optimizations while partnering with HR Digital Technology, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning technology, HR, and enterprise systems with focus on administering and improving learning platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and coordinating technology projects across teams.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration, access, licensing, vendor coordination, issue resolution, testing, releases, and enhancements across learning platforms.
• Maintain Workday Learning governance standards, data quality, course catalog accuracy, audits, licensing and compliance.
