Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Learning Systems and Content Manager to develop digital training content and oversee two Learning Management Systems. The role partners with account leaders and the National Director of Education to ensure regulatory compliance and on-brand training materials.

The ideal candidate will combine project management with strong content creation and technology skills to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences. Healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training or a related field; healthcare experience preferable.
• Proficiency in developing digital training content and managing LMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze training data to inform content improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital training content across two LMS platforms.
• Create training videos, interactive modules and knowledge checks.
• Administer and maintain LMS including user management, course uploads, enrollment, troubleshooting.
• Produce monthly reports on training completion and compliance metrics.
