Job summary

Voxidea-Stafi is seeking a creative Learning Experience & Content Specialist to join our Talent Development team. You will design engaging training courses, videos, quizzes and materials, transforming complex tasks into clear, interactive content, and manage TalentLMS content.

This fully remote role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in instructional design or related fields. You’ll collaborate across teams, use AI tools to speed content creation, and continuously improve learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, e-learning, or digital learning content.
• Creative, highly organized, tech-savvy, and willing to experiment with new tools.
• Experience with an LMS and content creation tools such as Synthesia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging courses, videos, quizzes, activities, and learning materials.
• Transform complex processes and daily representative tasks into clear, interactive training content.
• Manage and organize TalentLMS, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and aligned with current operational needs.
• Identify training gaps based on escalations, performance trends, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and Operations to develop new training ideas and improve existing content.
• Use AI and digital tools to make content creation faster and more efficient.
• Continuously improve the learner experience and engagement.
