Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, produce, and deploy engaging training content remotely for Guest Worldwide. The role collaborates with L&D leadership, HR, and business partners to drive impactful programs.

Responsibilities include video editing, content curation, LMS maintenance, and analytics to measure program effectiveness. A remote-friendly environment supports cross-functional work across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, instructional design, or content production.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw instructional materials into polished learning assets.
• Edit and produce videos, presentations, and interactive modules using Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, Articulate (SCORM), and PowerPoint.
• Create and format learning collateral including facilitator guides and handouts.
• Ensure content meets brand standards and instructional design best practices.
• Upload, test, and troubleshoot content in LMS platforms (Schoox, Workday Learning, SharePoint).
• Monitor learner progress and support reporting needs for program effectiveness.
