Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and leads project-based learning design across underwriting, sales, leadership, and professional development.

You’ll apply instructional design principles and AI-enabled tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Cloud) to deliver measurable learning outcomes and drive performance improvements for business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in communications or project management
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration
• Experience designing learning solutions with relevant tools and modalities

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from problem definition through implementation and post-implementation review
• Applies insurance and business-process expertise to recommend improvements
• Establishes direction, plans, governance, and documentation according to Zurich standards
• Leads project teams and manages stakeholder communication and change adoption
• Defines learning objectives, outcomes, and delivery methods for new and existing solutions
• Designs learning solutions using adult-learning principles and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Establishes evaluation and maintenance strategies to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
