Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and drives learning design, AI-enabled delivery, and program evaluation across underwriting, sales, leadership, and development portfolios.

You will lead projects from problem definition through implementation, partnering with leaders, vendors, and colleagues to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in communications or project management, or 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from problem definition to implementation and post-implementation review.
• Apply insurance and business-process expertise to recommend improvements across products, services, and systems.
• Define outcomes, plans, governance, and documentation per Zurich standards.
• Lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders to communicate progress and manage escalations.
• Define learning objectives and delivery methods for new and existing solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions using adult-learning principles and diverse modalities.
• Establish evaluation and maintenance strategies to measure effectiveness.
