Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and will lead cross-functional projects integrating instructional design with insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering learning across underwriting, sales, and leadership, using Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in communications or project management.
• 8+ years if only high school diploma; relevant experience required.
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects of varying complexity from problem definition to implementation and post-implementation review.
• Applies insurance and business-process expertise to recommend improvements across products, services, systems, and processes.
• Establishes project direction, outcomes, plans, governance, and documentation per Zurich standards.
• Leads project teams and partners with stakeholders to communicate progress and manage escalations.
• Defines learning objectives, target outcomes, instructional frameworks, and delivery methods for new and existing learning solutions.
• Designs and develops learning solutions using adult-learning principles and multiple modalities.
• Establishes evaluation and maintenance strategies to measure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
