Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and leads projects from problem definition through implementation, applying instructional design and insurance domain expertise to deliver measurable learning solutions.

The position uses tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud to design learning across underwriting, sales, and leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area or 8+ years with a HS diploma
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration
• Proven ability to lead projects from problem definition to implementation and change management

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from problem definition through implementation and post-implementation review
• Applies insurance and business-process expertise to recommend improvements
• Establishes project direction, plans, governance, and documentation per Zurich standards
• Leads project teams and coordinates with stakeholders to manage progress and escalations
• Defines learning objectives and delivery methods for new and existing learning solutions
• Designs learning solutions using adult-learning principles and various modalities
• Establishes evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness and continuous improvement
