Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and leads small to moderately complex projects from problem definition through solution design, implementation, and change management.

You will design and develop learning solutions across underwriting, sales, leadership, and professional development using instructional design principles, adult-learning theory, AI-enabled tools, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in Communications or Project Management.
• High School Diploma and 8+ years in Communications or Project Management.
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from problem definition and business-case development through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Apply insurance and business-process expertise to improve products, services, systems and processes.
• Establish direction, plans, governance, and documentation per Zurich standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to communicate progress and manage escalations.
• Define learning objectives, outcomes, and delivery methods for new and existing solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions using adult-learning principles and diverse modalities (elearning, virtual, AI-enabled role plays, job aids, ILT).
• Establish evaluation and maintenance strategies to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
