Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This remote role requires strong vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration across faculty and external partners.

You will ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in learning resources bookstore operations; 3 years in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Analyze data and collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience across online environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
