Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations or 3 years in learning resource vendor management
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field
• Strong project management and cross-department collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective
• Collaborate to enhance student and faculty experiences across online learning environments
