Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This remote role serves as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate and aligned with curriculum.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in education or related fields and 1–3 years of experience in bookstore operations or vendor management, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
