Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a fully remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources, ensuring alignment with curriculum and institutional goals while collaborating with faculty and external partners.

The role requires project management skills, LMS experience, and the ability to blend operations with vendor management to enhance student and faculty experiences in online learning environments.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations.
• Three years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; collaborate across departments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and manage vendor relationships.
