Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to manage and optimize third-party and digital learning resources supporting academic programs.

You’ll act as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals. The role blends operations, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to improve the online student experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years’ experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field. Equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
