Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an Employer Relations Partner I to develop strategic partnerships and support the Career Services team. You will lead employer outreach, promote relations, and coordinate events to expand experiential learning opportunities for SNHU’s students.

Your role includes recruiting and stewarding partners, helping craft job descriptions, and using data to drive outcomes across local, state, national, and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment/staffing, human resources, or higher education administration, with experience in event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular employer outreach to build partnerships and expand opportunities for SNHU students.
• Develop recruiting strategies for each employer and ensure representation of diverse programs.
• Recruit and steward employer partners, assist with job descriptions, and ensure fair hiring practices for students.
• Use data to monitor progress and inform partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with Career Services and SNHU departments to support outreach and program goals.
• Coordinate employer programming from brainstorming to execution and represent the team at events.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility in scheduling.
