Job summary

The role requires strong organization, 3–5 years in higher education operations, LMS/SIS familiarity, and the ability to translate data into action.

You will own SOPs, manage student communications, and support faculty contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management in higher education or online learning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS/SIS platforms and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational processes for online learning programs.
• Coordinate course development, enrollment tracking, and faculty contracts.
• Manage student lists, events, communications, and onboarding materials.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership reports.
• Develop SOPs and program handbooks for consistency.
• Lead data cleanup and ensure accurate student information.
