Job summary

TN DOE is seeking a Digital Content Manager & Vendor Coordination Specialist to support planning, development, and delivery of digital learning content across multiple projects in Nashville (Remote). This contractor will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accessible asynchronous learning modules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years creating digital content and learning resources.
  • Experience coordinating multi-vendor projects.
  • Proven track record developing asynchronous learning modules.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning.
  • Working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1+ accessibility.
  • Experience reviewing accessibility remediations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain digital content for online learning.
  • Edit multimedia content including videos, graphics, e-learning, vendor content.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create asynchronous learning experiences.
  • Ensure branding, messaging, instructional quality across products.
  • Design and develop self-paced modules.
  • Support learning pathways, online courses, microlearning.
  • Utilize LMS and authoring tools to build experiences.
  • Coordinate vendor delivery and project timelines.
  • Monitor vendor performance against quality and accessibility.
  • Facilitate project meetings and report status.
  • Identify risks and resource needs.
  • Ensure 508 accessibility compliance and WCAG standards.
  • Provide guidance on accessible design practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to development and reviews.
