Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. As a remote role, you will liaise between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.

Applicants should have 1–3 years experience and a Bachelor's in education or related field, with proficiency

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource store operations or 3 years in resource vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to manage resources.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
