Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract Learning Designer to design and deliver high-quality learning programs that support AI training projects. The role focuses on creating clear, effective learning experiences for a dynamic customer project, with no prior AI experience required.

You will work with stakeholders remotely to define objectives, design modules and assessments, and produce digital content. Refine materials based on feedback and evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, instructional design, or adult learning.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and map to activities and assessments.
• Experience creating educational content for remote or digital audiences; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning objectives for specific program audiences.
• Design learning programs from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging digital educational content and supporting resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes and rubrics) to measure learner progress.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Refine designs and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices for consistency and knowledge sharing.
