Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or talent development.
• Proven success designing and delivering complex enterprise learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to assess performance needs and implement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Performance Consulting & Business Partnership: Partner with leaders to assess performance and identify root causes.
• Instructional Design & Solution Development: Lead end-to-end design of learning solutions and blended formats.
• Performance Support & Continuous Improvement: Create job aids and measurement plans to drive real-world impact.
• Thought Leadership & Standards: Establish best practices and mentor teams in learning and performance.
• Ensure content ties to clinical quality, operational excellence, and patient outcomes.
