Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Learning Platform Product Manager to own the learning platform end-to-end, from authoring through learner UI.

You will align business needs with engineering, program management, and UX to deliver a coherent, scalable experience for Apple’s learners and content providers. The role demands strong product judgment, technical fluency, and collaboration across teams to drive an integrated platform, including LCAP, LMS, Armor, and Learner UI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or technical product ownership in content/learning systems.
• Strong stakeholder management across many partners, champion a one-Apple mindset and align priorities into a coherent roadmap.
• Proven ability to author clear requirements and acceptance criteria through design, development, UAT, and release.
• Experience owning a product end-to-end across multiple components (content/CMS, delivery/LMS, UI).
• Effective communicator, able to translate technical detail into business context for senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with engineering, QE, EPM, and UX to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Familiarity with release management, UAT coordination, and issue-tracking/backlog tooling (Radar or equivalent).
• Comfort operating in complex, fast-moving environments with many concurrent workstreams.
• Systems-thinking mindset linking content, delivery, data, and learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product liaison and manage stakeholder relationships with 150+ content providers, translating business needs to requirements and aligning priorities into a single roadmap.
• Own end-to-end requirements and acceptance criteria for LCAP, LMS, Armor, and Learner UI, partnering with UX on design handoff.
• Partner on the platform's AI roadmap — GenAI content authoring, skills tagging, AI-assisted translation for the learner experience.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, and platform delivery with engineering and stakeholders; support migrations and releases.
• Represent the platform in cross-functional forums, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timing, and trade-offs.
• Deliver leadership updates and quarterly readouts on platform health, roadmap, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Own provider communications — release notes, platform news, documentation, and change management.
• Drive daily/weekly platform syncs to surface risks early and triage production issues to protect learners.
• Support annual budget and vendor-estimate cycles for the platform.
