Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
- Experience with adult learning principles and professional development best practices.
- Experience managing customer-facing learning products, programs, or offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic evaluation and development to evolve learning offerings.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage product lifecycles from concept to launch and retirement.
- Gather learner insights and performance data to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver learning experiences and products.
- Support development of new offerings, pilots, and partnerships.
