Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components. The role focuses on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success and iterating to improve outcomes.

The Product Manager serves as a subject matter expert in product usage, market positioning, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; business, CS, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years as Product Manager or similar in SaaS (B2B/B2C).
• 2+ years with Agile software development lifecycle in a medium to large software company.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components.
• Own product strategy, research and definition, development, releases, and success tracking.
