Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Partner Manager to lead the design authority in client and partner conversations. You will translate bespoke requests into clear build/readouts, craft high-level program frameworks, and ensure quality across proposals and delivery.

This role operates remotely in the US and interfaces with Solutions Architects and Sales. You will guide credibility through design rationale, pedagogy, and catalog vs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or instructional design for technical audiences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing enterprise-scale learning programs, including custom engagements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams to support opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing, advising on, or delivering learning programs covering AI topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations, articulating design logic and quality standards.
• Translate bespoke client requests into assessments of catalog vs. custom design and scope.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements for delivery teams to execute.
• Decline or re-scope requests that would compromise learning quality with clear reasoning.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and provide Learning Experience input in roadmap discussions.
• Identify patterns and surface themes to inform roadmap prioritization with AI Product Lead.
• Build reusable reference material and explainers to reduce repeat questions.
• Contribute to internal enablement for Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads.
• Work as an individual contributor reporting to the AI Product Lead; this position is US remote.
