Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Learning Experience Partner Manager to be the design authority in deal conversations, translating client needs into actionable learning solutions and catalog offerings. You will lead high-level frameworks for bespoke engagements and ensure quality across delivery.

This role collaborates with Solutions Architects, Partnership Leads, and Sales while guiding roadmap inputs and enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning design for technical audiences.
• 5+ years designing enterprise-scale learning programs, including custom engagements.
• 5+ years working with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams to support client opportunities.
• 2+ years designing, advising on, or delivering AI/ML learning topics.
• 1 year of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA of written content.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations, articulating the design logic and quality standards behind LearnVantage programs.
• Translate bespoke client requests into an assessment of catalog offerings, customization needs, and scope boundaries.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements with delivery teams in mind.
• Decline or re-scope requests that would compromise learning quality and justify the rationale to the deal team.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and provide a Learning Experience voice during key milestones.
• Identify patterns in field requests and surface themes to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Create reusable reference material, including capability overviews and design rationales for pre-sales use.
• Contribute to internal enablement so sales and solutions teams understand Learning Experience design capabilities.
