Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Learning Partnerships Manager to be the design authority in deal conversations. You will translate bespoke client requests into clear deliverables, determine what can be built from the existing catalog, and define design frameworks for custom engagements.

You’ll join deal calls and help shape proposals with cross-functional teams in a US remote setting. You will guide instructional design decisions, articulate pedagogical rationale, and ensure quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of learning design or instructional design for technical audiences.
• Minimum 5 years designing enterprise-scale learning programs.
• Minimum 5 years working with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams.
• Minimum 2 years designing AI or ML learning topics.
• Minimum 1 year of AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA of written content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) – or Associate's with 6 years.

Responsabilités

• Translate bespoke client requests into an assessment of what can be delivered from the existing catalog, what requires custom design, and what falls outside scope.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements, detailed enough for delivery teams to execute.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and attend key deal moments with Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads.
• Identify patterns in field requests and surface recurring themes to inform roadmap prioritization.
