Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Learning Partnerships Manager to translate client needs into actionable learning experiences. You will act as the design authority in client and partner conversations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of LearnVantage representations in proposals and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or instructional design for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations, articulating the design logic and quality standards behind programs.
• Translate bespoke client requests into what can be delivered from the catalog versus what requires custom design.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements that are delivery-ready.
• Decline or re-scope requests that would compromise learning quality with clear reasoning.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and provide a Learning Experience voice on roadmap depth.
• Identify recurring themes to inform AI product roadmap prioritization.
• Build reusable reference material and explainers for reuse across programs.
• Contribute to internal enablement so sales and solution architects gain fluent knowledge.
