Accenture LearnVantage seeks an experienced Learning Experience Partner Manager to guide instructional design in deals, translating client needs into clear, executable program work. You’ll maintain design credibility, scope, and quality for enterprise-scale engagements.

You will lead conversations with Solutions Architects and Sales, shape proposals, and deliver reusable materials to accelerate delivery while staying abreast of AI-driven learning approaches.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or instructional design for technical audiences.
• Minimum 5 years designing enterprise-scale learning programs, including bespoke engagements.
• Minimum 5 years collaborating with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams on client opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years designing or advising on AI or ML learning topics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA of written content.

Mansioni

• Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations, articulating design rationale and quality standards behind LearnVantage programs.
• Translate bespoke client requests into assessments of catalog content vs. custom design and scope.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements ready for delivery teams.
• Decline or re-scope requests that compromise learning quality with clear rationale for the deal team.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and provide Learning Experience voice with roadmap depth.
• Identify recurring themes from field requests to inform AI product roadmap prioritization.
• Build reusable reference materials and explainers to reduce repeated questions across deals.
• Contribute to internal enablement so sales and solution architecture teams have baseline fluency in LearnVantage design capabilities.
