LearnVantage seeks a Learning Partnerships Manager to lead the design rationale in client conversations and translate bespoke requests into actionable delivery plans. You will own program frameworks and ensure accurate representation of LearnVantage capabilities in deals.

This remote US role reports to the AI Product Lead and collaborates across sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships teams. You will shape proposals, surface patterns for roadmap input, and develop reusable reference

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design for technical audiences.
• Experience shaping enterprise-scale learning programs, including bespoke engagements.
• Experience collaborating with sales, solution architecture, and partnerships teams.
• At least 2 years designing learning programs covering AI or ML topics.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the instructional design authority in client and partner conversations.
• Translate client requests into catalog-deliverable assessments and custom design needs.
• Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements.
• Decline or re-scope requests to preserve learning quality.
• Join deal calls, shape proposals, and provide a Learning Experience voice.
