Allina Health is seeking an instructional designer to develop learner-centric education experiences using a range of formats, including web-based training, videos, ILT/vILT, infographics, and print materials.

The role focuses on collaborating with customers and SMEs to design effective learning solutions, analyze needs, and evaluate outcomes. A bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, or related field and 2–5 years of experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare or related field is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in instructional design/learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design sessions with customers and subject matter experts to determine learning solutions.
• Develop web-based training, ILT/vILT, infographics, videos, microlearning and related materials.
• Provide consultation around learning design and assess needs.
• Define baseline metrics and measures of learning outcomes.
