Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer III to create high quality, interactive learning and certification content.

You will work with internal SMEs to collect content, design course objectives, develop storyboards, and craft assessments with minimal oversight. You’ll run projects with managerial support and coordinate with the Professional Services team to align courses across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in instructional design principles and trends.
• Ability to design courses and curricula.
• Proficient with UX and design principles; strong project management.
• Experience managing stakeholder communication and projects.

Responsabilités

• Creates high-quality interactive learning and certification content leveraging latest technology.
• Collaborates with SMEs to collect content, design objectives, storyboards, and create assessments.
• Executes projects with guidance from manager.
• Partners with Professional Services to align courses across teams.
• Analyzes audience needs, defines objectives, and designs learning experiences for an AEC customer base.
• Performs thoughtful research to understand customers and informs content.
• Manages course folders and ensures quality of education content.
• Applies project management standards to keep contributors on task and inform stakeholders.
