Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft high-quality interactive learning content using modern technology and adult-learning principles for a diverse AEC customer base.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to collect content, define objectives, design interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments with minimal supervision. The role focuses on delivering impactful customer education and maintaining strong project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience applying instructional design theories to develop learning content.
• Ability to design objectives, assessments, and course interactions with SMEs.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality interactive learning content using latest tech and adult learning theory.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to collect content, identify objectives, and design assessments.
• Develop storyboards and course interactions with minimal oversight.
• Lead assigned projects with support from manager.
• Coordinate across Professional Services to align courses and content.
• Analyze audience needs to tailor learning experiences for AEC customers.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality of education content.
