Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and administer learning programs across the AEC sector. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to craft engaging experiences that enhance technical, operational, and professional growth.

You will manage ILT, VILT, eLearning, and blended content while maintaining LMS processes and evaluating training impact. This is a great fit for professionals focused on growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult learners.
• Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with video creation/editing tools such as Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs for adult learners using ILT, VILT, eLearning, blended, and self-directed formats.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, measurable content.
• Conduct training needs analyses with SMEs and stakeholders to identify gaps and solutions.
• Develop eLearning courses, job aids, videos, guides, assessments, and other resources using modern authoring tools.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars in virtual and classroom environments.
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, reporting, and support.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
