Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Manager of Learning Experience Design (LED) to drive evidence-based, outcome-driven learning for GA’s diverse learners. You will lead a cross-functional team and manage a portfolio of strategic projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include shaping curriculum strategies, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Delivery Ops, and enabling flexible capacity through scalable staffing and professional development.

• Expertise in evidence-based product development and learning design practices.
• Ability to lead a matrixed team and coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in discovery and design to uncover learning needs.
• Lead a team of learning professionals to evolve the flagship curriculum.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Ops to improve learning experiences.
• Integrate instructors, assistants, and contract designers for curriculum delivery.
• Implement scalable staffing models to support GA’s roadmap and growth.
